A different kind of buyer.
We acquire founder-led businesses with the intention of preserving what made them work, investing in the people who run them, and building toward long-term, sustainable growth — long after the founder has moved on.
Selling a business is more than a transaction.
Finance & strategy
Financial and strategic discipline applied in service of long-term value — not short-term cost-cutting.
Sales & customer experience
Hands-on experience across sales and customer experience, aimed at building loyalty that outlasts the transition.
Talent & culture
Deliberate talent development and culture-building, so the people who made the business work stay invested in it.
Technology & scale
Thoughtful technology adoption and organizational scaling, applied without disrupting what already works.
Three ways we partner with founders.
Every founder's situation is different. We structure each partnership around what the business — and the person who built it — actually needs.
Full Acquisitions
We acquire the business outright, giving founders a clean transition while keeping the leadership team, name, and culture intact. Ideal for owners ready to step back from day-to-day operations.
Start a conversation →Growth Partnerships
We take a significant stake alongside the founder, pairing our operational and financial resources with their continued leadership to fund the next stage of growth.
Start a conversation →Succession Planning
For founders thinking years ahead, we work alongside existing leadership to plan an orderly transition — developing internal talent before a single dollar changes hands.
Start a conversation →No single sector. One standard.
We look across industries for the same thing: founder-led businesses with real cash flow, room to grow, and a founder who wants their legacy carried forward, not dismantled.
We protect what you've built.
Your employees, customers, and reputation are often your greatest assets. We focus on continuity, trust, and long-term value creation — never short-term cost-cutting.

LinkedInChad Weinbaum
Prior to retirement, Chad led in mortgage banking for three decades, including building an international brokerage across the border in Canada. He then earned his Master of Social Work, now registered in Michigan as an LLMSW. Internships at a runaway youth shelter and a therapy clinic taught him to listen deeply and stay steady in crisis. Today he guides owners, employees, and customers through ownership transitions with trust and care. A proud father of two amazing daughters, he brings the same heart to every client.

LinkedInWhen we acquire a business, our objective is not to change everything.
Our objective is to identify what already works, preserve the culture that made the business successful, and provide the leadership and resources it needs to keep thriving — for employees, customers, and future generations. We're proud to do this from Michigan, a region built by generations of founders who understood the same thing.
